Šalčininkai is a city in Vilnius County, Lithuania, situated south-east of Vilnius, near the border with Belarus. It is a major border crossing point on the A15 highway. For some reason our permits did not allow us access to the facilities at this point. A fellow border enthusiast visited the same area here
