Zosin – Ustyluh is a vehicle crossing point between Poland and Ukraine. It is just south of the easternmost point of Poland. There were 40 vehicles waiting to cross with approximately 1 car being processed every 10 minutes. In July 2024 Ukraine can only be reached by land, as there are no air connections to the country. In general, it is currently possible to enter Ukraine through the checkpoints located on the borders with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova.
The checkpoints on the border with Russia and Belarus are closed, but Ukrainians trying to return to Ukraine can cross the border. At some checkpoints with Ukraine, it is also possible to cross the border on foot, but at most of them this can only be done to leave Ukraine and only for evacuation purposes. We had hoped to cross the border by foot however there was no infrastructure in place at this crossing and we were not allowed. I visited this point as part of the IBRG EPTEX-24

This was a very modern border crossing as you would expect on the external border of the EU.
